Maintenance agreements are available for your heating, air-conditioning
systems or your electrical system.  They provide a regularly scheduled inspection
 and routine maintenance of your equipment.  These agreements can be
purchased for a period of up to three years during which time the price is      "
locked in".  The cost of the program is determined by the number and type
HVAC units or the size and complexity of your electrical  service as well as by
the frequency and length of your plan. Unlike many companies we do not
collect the full price of the agreement in advance. We only charge a "set-up" fee
of $10/visit at the commencement of the plan; the balance is changed as we
complete each scheduled service.  Some of the benefits of our Maintenance

CENTRAL TRIAD SERVICES will maintain complete records of all maintenance and repairs  we
performe and will provide you with a written report upon completion of any work.
Transferable Agreement
Our Maintenance Plan is transferable to the new owner should the property change hands.
